Overview

SR2 Consulting is recruiting two consultants to support a large-scale public sector department’s shift to product-led delivery. These roles sit within a secure transformation programme and offer hands-on involvement in operating model design and implementation planning.

This is structured transformation work – not administrative PMO support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder interviews and structured evidence gathering
• Conduct document reviews and diagnostic analysis
• Develop clear synthesis outputs and structured summaries
• Support roadmap development and workstream planning
• Contribute to benefits tracking and governance frameworks
• Produce concise written outputs for senior and board-level review

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstratable experience in consulting, delivery, or transformation roles
• Knowledge of product operating models and digital transformation
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Clear, structured written communication
• Experience working within governance-heavy or regulated environments
• Exposure to public sector or complex organisations desirable
