We’re supporting on a major multi-year insurance transformation programme that needs a Guidewire Data Architect who can hit the ground running. This is a hands-on architecture role at the centre of a Guidewire Cloud implementation, so we’re looking for someone who’s genuinely done this before, not learned it in theory. With a multi-year runway ahead, it’s a chance to own the data architecture through a full transformation rather than a short fix.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the data architecture across a Guidewire Cloud implementation, with a particular focus on ClaimsCenter
• Designing data models, integration and data flows between Guidewire and the wider enterprise and AWS ecosystem
• Shaping how claims data is structured, migrated, integrated and surfaced for reporting and downstream consumption
• Working directly with client teams, translating complex data requirements into a clear, workable architecture
• Advising on best practice for Guidewire Cloud data design, informed by real delivery experience

What we’re looking for

• Proven hands-on experience as a Data Architect on Guidewire, specifically Guidewire Cloud
• Strong ClaimsCenter experience
• Solid AWS experience, designing and integrating data solutions in a cloud environment
• Insurance domain background, comfortable with the data structures and terminology of a claims environment
• The ability to operate independently and interface directly with client teams from day one
