SR2 is working with a leading consultancy to identify change specialists for a high-profile AI and data transformation programme within a global life sciences organisation.

The programme is introducing AI, ML and data-led capabilities across several business areas, including AI-enabled content generation, large language model use cases, chatbot-led data structuring and wider AI analysis across complex business domains.

We are looking for a Change Manager with proven experience supporting AI, ML, data or technology-led change in large, complex, multinational environments. You will need to understand the impact of emerging technology on business users, operating models, behaviours and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead change activity across one or more AI, ML or data-led workstreams.
• Assess stakeholder impact, business readiness, adoption risks and change requirements.
• Develop change plans covering communications, engagement, training and adoption.
• Work with AI, data, product and business teams to understand what is changing and who is impacted.
• Facilitate workshops to capture current-state challenges, future-state needs and adoption barriers.
• Translate AI/ML concepts into clear, practical messaging for business users and senior stakeholders.
• Track change progress, risks, engagement levels and readiness themes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Manager on AI, ML, data, digital or technology-led programmes.
• Experience working on global or multinational projects with complex stakeholder groups.
• Confident with AI/ML terminology, concepts and business adoption considerations.
• Strong experience in change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and business readiness.
