Delivery Manager – SC Sponsorship Available

SR2 has multiple exciting opportunities for Delivery Managers to join high-profile government digital programmes on a multi-year contract.

You do not need to already hold SC Clearance – we can sponsor the clearance process for the right candidates.

You’ll work across projects spanning digital transformation, data, automation and cutting-edge AI, supporting multidisciplinary Agile teams to keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across Agile teams and workstreams.
• Manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
• Work with Product Managers, technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers.
• Support governance, reporting and assurance.

Experience Required

• 2-5 years’ experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams.

Government or DDaT experience is beneficial but not essential.
