AI Programme Manager

We are looking for a programme Manager who will be responsible for delivering the design phase of a fully agentic AI transformation of a major client’s Governance, Risk and Compliance function. We are sourcing the AI Programme Manager to drive delivery across a multi-workstream design covering architecture, platform assessment, Responsible AI, data foundations and a privacy proof of concept.

You will own the delivery machinery: cadence, governance, dependencies and stakeholder coordination across business, technology and vendor teams.

• Establish programme governance, reporting and delivery cadence
• Manage plans, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions
• Coordinate business, technology and vendor stakeholders
• Drive workstream delivery and milestone achievement
• Support business case development and value-realisation tracking

What you will bring

• A track record delivering complex technology transformation programmes
• AI, data or digital transformation delivery, ideally agentic or GenAI in the last 12 months
• Portfolio planning and dependency management
• Risk, issue and governance management
• Executive stakeholder management and first-class communication
• Confidence across agile and hybrid delivery approaches
